Callum Donaldson

My name is Callum Donaldson and I’m a student from the West Coast. Last year I was lucky enough to be accepted into Stage 3 of the Pinnacle Programme, which gave me the chance to meet the awesome people involved on Kai Waho, and to hear their advice in helping me plan for the future.

I am currently working towards a BSc/BA degree down in Dunedin. I enjoy sports, music, and just about everything our great backyard has to offer, whether that’s surfing out at Cobden or fishing the Grey River.

In the last few years, I have been fortunate to have had some great opportunities through my rugby league, from vice captaining the South Island U-20’s team, to attending Kiwis and Parramatta Eels development camps. Last year I achieved a goal of mine in making the NZ Universities league team, and was proud to have been named vice captain as well. I’m grateful to be a part of the Programme, and am looking forward to what the year brings.
