What do we do with your Information?
Your personal information is used to support your application for the Pinnacle Programme. We retain this information until you request to have your personal information removed from our site.
All information you provide us is used for:
Administering, evaluating and improving the site
Improving site-wide services and application process
Reporting on key application metrics, such as demographic data. These metrics are obtained post application rounds, and are de-personalised prior to reporting.
Sharing your Personal Information:
The information you provide us when applying for the Hyundai New Zealand Pinnacle Programme is initially visible to Hyundai New Zealand Pinnacle Programme staff only. Access to your personal information outside of the site is restricted to authorised personnel only. This includes our third-party service provider, LuminateOne. LuminateOne may access your displayed personal information whilst conducting the following duties:
Maintenance and development of the site
Providing customer support
Conducting routine system monitoring
Producing reports on request for the Pinnacle Programme staff
We ensure that members of our staff, board, selectors and third parties are strictly vetted in line with our privacy policy.
Your Rights to Control Your Personal Information
When you apply or register for the Pinnacle Programme as an applicant, and share information to us in support of your application, we imply that you consent to us using it for that specific reason only. Delete Information: You can ask us to erase or delete all or some of your personal information after Programme application rounds (e.g., if it is no longer necessary to provide Services to you).
Change or Correct Information: You can edit some of your personal information through your account. You can also ask us to change, update or fix your information in certain cases, particularly if it’s inaccurate.
Object to, or Limit or Restrict, Use of Information: You can ask us to stop using all or some of your personal information (e.g., if we have no legal right to keep using it) or to limit our use of it (e.g., if your personal information is inaccurate or unlawfully held).
Right to access and/or take your information: You can ask us for a copy of your personal information and can ask for a copy of personal information you provided in machine-readable form.
Registration Account Closure
If you choose to close your account on our site, your personal information can be requested to stop being visible to our staff, board, selectors & third-parties within 72 hours.
We retain your personal data even after you have closed your account if reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations (including law enforcement requests), meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse (e.g., if we have restricted your account for breach of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy), enforce our Terms of Service. We will retain de-personalised information after your account has been closed.
