Pinnacle programme is for passionate 15- 18yrs old looking to develop their skills and leadership abilities in order to be the best in their chosen field. Supporting talented youth from all areas including art, science, business, sport, music, film, performing arts and politics, Pinnacle provides a personalised mentoring experience. We fund participants on two of New Zealand's prominent leadership programmes - 'Spirit of Adventure' and 'Outward Bound', in addition to specialist workshops and the opportunity to encounter ‘Kai Waho’ a unique Maori cuisine, cultural and wilderness experience. Once part of the Pinnacle family, successful students are connected to Pinnacle alumni, networks and possible mentors to provide guidance and pathways. We are looking for young people with passion, and the desire to achieve success in all they set out to do.

The Pinnacle team consists of an independent advisory board, expert selection panel and programme manager and assistant. Adam Hall is a Pinnacle graduate and champions the programme alongside Mike Allsop. As well as being on the selection panel, Peter Urlich assists with mentoring in the creative space. Sir Graham Henry sits on the advisory board and often welcomes new students and parents into the programme.
