Molly Whittaker

Currently a pilot with the New Zealand Flying Doctors Service based in Christchurch, where I get to combine two things I am passionate about; aviation and helping others. I’m also a flight instructor, and  enjoy supporting others on their journey into aviation.

The Hyundai New Zealand Pinnacle Programme has been a hugely influential part of my own journey. Completing all three stages challenged me to step outside my comfort zone, shaped my leadership skills, taught me to think bigger, and lead with my values.

I’m really excited to now be giving back as part of the Pinnacle Selection Panel. Pinnacle had such a positive impact on me, and it’s a privilege to support the next generation of young leaders who are ready to challenge themselves and realise their potential.
