Bruce Pilbrow

Bruce Pilbrow is a respected professional and youth development advocate, best known for his long-standing involvement with the Spirit of Adventure Trust. During his tenure, Bruce played a key role in supporting the Trust’s mission of building confidence, leadership, and life skills in young New Zealanders through offshore sailing experiences. With a deep passion for the sea and for mentoring youth, he has contributed significantly to the operational and cultural strength of the organisation. Bruce is widely regarded for his calm leadership, practical expertise, and commitment to creating positive, life-changing opportunities for the next generation. Bruce's currently role is the CEO of Tribe Group.
