Raining from the lower South Island, a graduate from the original Pinnacle Programme, and past Pinnacle Programme ambassador. Adam is a successful New Zealand Winter Paralympic athlete. Having currently represented New Zealand for about 18 years, Adam is a three-time Paralympic medallist, more impressively a Double Winter Paralympic Champion and New Zealand's only Para-athlete to be recognised with the Whang Youn Dai Award. "An award that is awarded to a Paralympian who exemplifies the spirit of the games and inspires and excites the world". Along with a multitude of many more results and achievements. Adam is currently training towards his 5th Winter Paralympic games, which will be held in Beijing, China. Adam recently completed and graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Management, Major in Sport Management. Along with being an accomplished athlete, Adam is husband to wife Elitsa, where they have a cheeky daughter, Gracelynn!
